Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making Based on Interval-Valued q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Power Generalized Maclaurin Symmetric Mean Operator and Its Application in Online Education Platform Performance Evaluation

This paper aims to propose a novel multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (IVq-ROFSs). The IVq-ROFSs have been proved be effective in handling MAGDM problems, and several methods proposed. Nevertheless, it is worth pointing out that these approaches still some limitations, there exist realistic situations cannot solved by existing methods. Hence, the objective of this introduce method, which can overcome drawbacks approaches. To effectively appropriately aggregate numbers (IVq-ROFNs), we combine power average with generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean (GMSM), GMSM operator extend into IVq-ROFSs. Afterwards, collection new aggregation operators for IVq-ROFNs are developed. In paper, study definitions investigate their characteristics as well special cases. Then, operators, present method. Finally, apply proposed online education platform performance evaluation illustrate its effectiveness validity. addition, also provide comparative analysis explain why decision-makers should use our instead others.
